Eamon Downey

director of development + production

Eamon holds a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in Film & Television Production with a double in Politics and minor in Producing. Starting out in the industry, Eamon interned with the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” and HBO Documentary Films. Upon graduating NYU, Eamon Co-Found Other|Side Pictures producing and writing short films, commercials, music videos, corporate content and several feature documentary films for his three years with the company. His work has screened at numerous international film festivals including LAFF, DOCNYC, SIFF and DIFF. He’s additionally worked in a production capacity as Creative Director + Content Strategist at The New Traditionalists/ducduc. Eamon joins the LRS team as our director of development and production, eager to read every and any script that comes his way to find our next project.

Eamon is not married and without children, but remains hopeful. When not traveling, he lives in Downtown Brooklyn where he does not identify as a hipster (but is working on it).
